Position Overview
McCormick is seeking a customer-focused Solution Center Specialist III to deliver high-quality HR service and support to designated employee groups. This individual contributor role independently manages employee inquiries of moderate complexity, resolves escalations, supports employee lifecycle processes, and partners with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver a consistent employee experience.
The successful candidate brings strong customer service, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
Key responsibilities
• Respond to employee and customer inquiries using HR technology, administrative systems, processes, and tools.
• Document service requests accurately and ensure timely, high-quality resolution in line with service standards and KPIs.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration with accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to applicable controls and compliance requirements, including SOX where applicable.
• Independently resolve simple and moderate escalations; collaborate with peers and leaders on more complex matters.
• Conduct follow-up with employees and stakeholders to ensure cases are fully resolved and documented.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, managers, Payroll, HR Technology, and other teams to coordinate service delivery.
• Support annual, quarterly, and monthly HR cycles and assigned projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and service delivery.
• Train and support new team members, share process knowledge, and help build capability across the Solutions Center team.
Candidate profile
• Experience in customer service, contact center, shared services, or related field.
• Experience supporting HR processes or employee services is preferred.
• Experience participating in projects or project teams.
• Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Customer-focused mindset, flexibility, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with HR systems, self-service tools, and case-management or contact-center technology is preferred.
• English proficiency required.
• Other European language knowledge is an advantage.
Compensation: starting from PLN 79,000.00 per year STARTING SALARY
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.

McCormick ensures compensation is determined in line with the principle of equal pay for work of equal value, regardless of gender.
First consideration will be given to employees who have been displaced from their jobs for positions with the same grade or lower.
