Position Overview
The HR Specialist delivers reliable, engaging, and high-quality HR service to designated employee groups. This role responds to employee and customer inquiries of simple to medium complexity, using a range of HR systems, tools, and processes.
You will manage inquiries through resolution, document service activity accurately, collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other partners, and escalate issues when needed. You will also contribute to process improvements, support colleagues, and help deliver consistent employee experience in a compliant and controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond proactively to employee and customer inquiries using HR technology and administrative systems.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and engaging service in line with agreed service standards and KPI targets.
- Document all interactions and transactions in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate inquiries across employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other service teams.
- Ensure accurate administration and follow-through across employee lifecycle processes.
- Follow applicable controls, compliance requirements, and best practices, including SOX controls where applicable.
- Manage and resolve escalated cases independently where appropriate, partnering with team leaders and subject matter experts on complex matters.
- Conduct follow-up activities and service calls to ensure inquiries are resolved and closed effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience, supporting implementation of improvements.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members and share process knowledge across the team.
- Partner closely with Solutions Center, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.
Candidate profile
- Experience supporting HR processes or employee lifecycle services.
- Experience participating in project teams or supporting projects.
- Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering a positive employee experience.
- Excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and respond effectively to unexpected situations.
- Familiarity with HR processes, self-service systems, HR technology, or call center technology.
- English and French proficiency required.
Compensation: starting from PLN 73,500.00 per year STARTING SALARY
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
