HR System Operations Manager

The HR System Operations Manager is responsible for leading transformational and strategic projects related to the HR technology platforms. This role will focus on continuing to drive process improvement through the usage of technology and improved training to end users. A successful candidate will be able to quickly take on a new cross-functional projects and lead them through to successful completion.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads and supports cross-functional projects that will impact SuccessFactors or other HR technologies.
  • Manages a team of two that will support the execution of work as well as support the delivery teams with complex system issues.
  • Partners closely with the HR Systems Strategy and HR Systems Configuration teams to enable and test new technology capabilities with a strong focus on new process documentation and training.
  • Analyzes current processes globally, identifies areas for improvements and drive global change to improve overall ways of working and user experience.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems support with increasing responsibility.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and process discipline.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Ability to influence across functional teams and manage relationships across multiple cultures and geographies.
  • Strong global perspective and experience with operating across multiple countries.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
