IT Digital Programs Manager

Łódź, Poland – hybrid setting

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Enable data literacy development and digital capability building:

  •        Manage and organize training initiatives, ensuring learning programs are audience appropriate, on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  •       Collaborate with Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to determine appropriate instructional methods based upon identified training needs, the skills and needs of the audience, and the effectiveness of each instructional technique.
  •        Develop high quality learning program materials for a variety of learning needs with emphasis on digital and virtual training methods to accommodate the global workforce.
  •     Update the learning plan and related pathways within the relevant learning management system to support evolving needs as identified through learner feedback and regular pulse surveys. 

 

Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of learning programs and make.

modifications according; solicit regular feedback on learning programs:

  •         Provide thought leadership and ensuring development of effective learning plans for transformation, leveraging learning technologies that aid skill and capability building required for high priority transformational initiatives.
  •         Execute regular digital pulse surveys and small focus groups to provide consistent data for the current digital capabilities.
  •         Partnership with Global Talent and Learning to ensure alignment in LMS use for delivery as well as broader organizational learning strategies.

 

Support the delivery of the Citizen Developer Program through digital capabilities training program coordination, SME management, and support for ongoing office hours:

  •        Acts as Learning SME responsible for coaching and/or developing training competencies among the DA&A Team.
  •        Give guidance and counsel for content revisions/improvements to drive learning outcomes.
  •         Supports execution of agreed priorities and delivers insights productively through stakeholder management.
  •         Utilizes data and KPI’s for measurement and tracking, proactively identifying risks/issues/gaps and maps mitigation strategies.

 

Drive the continuous development of the Data Analytics and Automation Team through Individual Development Plans, identification of critical skills gaps among the team, and coaching managers on how to integrate a learning culture mindset within the team:

  •         Acts as Learning SME responsible for coaching and/or developing training competencies.
  •         Give guidance and counsel for managers on how to develop employees through planning and ongoing meetings.
  •          Supports execution of agreed priorities and delivers insights productively through stakeholder management.
  •        Identify patterns of behavior in organizations and develop solutions to increase their effectiveness during transformation change initiatives. 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  •         Relevant business experience across multiple disciplines including experience in learning and development, IT, and automations.
  •         Fluent English language knowledge.
  •         Proficient in Degreed LMS program administration, measuring learning outcomes through KPIs, and creating e-learning content with Articulate.
  •         Experience working within automation environment.
  •          Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience.
  •          Demonstrated program management and/or project management within IT area. Demonstrated ability to navigate through learning management systems, highlighting a high degree of systems acumen.
  •         Demonstrated experience operating in a global environment, with understanding to different cultural norms and ways of working.
  •         Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  •          Strong collaboration and partnering skills.
  •          Ability to be flexible and agile and pivot to changing business priorities Ability to navigate through highly matrixed work environment to achieve business outcomes.
  •          Strong communication skills.
  •          Ability to analyze complex problems to identify and correct root causes with minimum supervision.
  •         Ability to self-manage and operate independently in environments that may not be black and white.
  •         Operates as a continuous learner, proactively asking questions, challenges status quo and making recommendations for improvement.
