Indirect Requisition Processor with French
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Indirect Requisition Processor is responsible for managing Indirect Purchase Requests in the SAP Ariba system, ensuring quality checks and compliance with company policies. This role also supports issue resolution for Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) and provides training to Requestors and Approvers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the indirect requisition approval process, including quality checks and policy compliance.
- Provide training to system users.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile invoices.
- Support selected workflows and tools within the Procurement area.
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
- Initiate and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain standard reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree (or final year of studies).
- Experience in Procurement or Accounts Payable (including internships).
- Fluency in English.
- Good knowledge of French (B2 level).
- Basic knowledge and experience with SAP Ariba is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
