JUNIOR REGULATORY COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Łódź, Poland - remote setting
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as a part of Regulatory Legal Compliance Department and support the team in a variety of regulatory related administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively by e-mail, phone and in person with internal stakeholders, external vendors and other departments on a daily basis regarding various aspects of regulatory product compliance.
- Supports reviewing and approval of product formulations, product labels and/or documents to ensure their regulatory compliance. Supports reviewing and approval of raw materials.
- Supports managing and updating regulatory compliance databases.
- Supports Value size Projects or Customers.
- Communicates to supervisors on any potential changes that could improve ways of working and conduct Root Cause Analysis in case of gaps.
- Provide weekly / monthly reports and / or updates to projects to Regulatory Team Leader.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High University diploma in Food Science or related discipline.
- Internship or previous work experience in Food Industry or similar area will be an advantage.
- Fluent English. Additional language: French, Spanish, Italian (or other) will be an advantage.
- Good level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP, Outlook and Lotus Notes desirable).
- Familiarity with Food Law Requirements will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Food Safety Quality Systems/Food Certification Standards (Halal/Kosher/Organic) will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively across the business functions, and work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to support projects related activities
- Good analytical and statistical skills.
- Organized, methodical, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, with a high sense of urgency. Proactive and flexible approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Critical Thinking & Problem solving.
