Junior HR Admin Specialist (m/f)

Lodz, Poland

 

We are looking for a junior specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide daily support to employees and internal customers, ensuring a reliable, engaging and high-quality service experience.

You will handle employee inquiries, use HR and service delivery systems, document cases, support employee lifecycle processes and collaborate with colleagues across HR, Payroll and other teams.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to employee and customer inquiries using available systems, tools and processes.
  • Document cases and transactions in line with service standards.
  • Support HR employee lifecycle administration with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Escalate more complex cases when needed and follow up through to resolution.
  • Partner with Solution Center colleagues, HR, Payroll and other teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in projects, training and onboarding of new team members when required.

 

Candidate profile

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, shared services or HR environment, preferred.
  • Strong customer service mindset and employee experience focus.
  • Excellent communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and remote environment.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Interest in HR processes, service delivery and continuous improvement.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR certification, nice to have.
  • Experience working with HR systems, self-service tools or case management platforms.

Compensation: starting from PLN 58500 gross per year STARTING SALARY 

 

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
