Learning & Development Manager
Łódź, Poland - hybrid setting
6 months contract
We are looking for a collaborative and organized Learning & Development Manager to help design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality learning experiences across the organization. This role partners with business leaders, HR, subject matter experts, trainers, and external providers to support capability building, employee development, and continuous learning.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support the development of learning and talent initiatives.
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, logistics, communications, and delivery for in-person, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs.
- Support the design, maintenance, and improvement of learning content, resources, role-based pathways, and curriculum materials.
- Monitor learner participation, completion, feedback, readiness, and program effectiveness to improve learner outcomes.
- Use learning data, reports, and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support learning platforms, tools, vendors, documentation, translations, and learning technology processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, inclusion, and career development.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting learning, talent, capability-building, or employee development initiatives.
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Comfort using data, feedback, and insights to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with learning technologies, talent systems, HR platforms, or digital learning tools.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with SAP, Degreed, learning management systems, or similar platforms.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
- Knowledge of change management, organizational development, or talent management practices.
Compensation: starting from 152,7850 PLN annually gross.
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
