Position Overview
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make a real impact? We are looking for a dynamic OT Cybersecurity Specialist to join our OT IT Cybersecurity Team. In this pivotal role, you will maintain an Operational Technology (OT) asset inventory, ensuring the highest standards of cybersecurity. You will utilize cutting-edge vulnerability and threat management solutions to keep our systems secure. You'll work closely with our Maintenance and Engineering teams all around the world, supporting manufacturing reliability and integrating future solutions within our cybersecurity framework. This position reports directly to the IT OT Cybersecurity Director.
In this role, you will be a key player in supporting plant maintenance and engineering teams across the Americas, with occasional involvement in EMEA and APAC regions. Although you will not manage resources or budgets directly, your decisions and the policies you implement will have a direct impact on how employees, contractors, vendors, customers, and consumers access and handle our information assets and OT services. Regular interactions with Engineering and Maintenance teams, Plant Directors, and Engineering Directors will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Security Actions: Plan and monitor cybersecurity measures, implement recommendations, and collaborate with the Cybersecurity Team.
- Main Point of Contact: Respond to OT cybersecurity requests from internal teams and vendors, and coordinate solutions.
- Manage Vulnerabilities: Identify, analyze, and monitor risks; recommend patches or controls and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Support Cybersecurity Controls: Assist asset owners with implementing and maintaining OT security measures.
- Maintain Dashboards & Reports: Track incidents and vulnerabilities, and communicate additional security needs.
- Update OT Asset Inventory: Monitor changes, investigate anomalies, and coordinate updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technology teams, service providers, and the broader security organization.
- Documentation: Maintain cybersecurity diagrams, inventories, and process documentation.
- Solution Design: Analyze business needs and propose compliant, secure solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in control systems security or a technical/consulting role in industrial environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICS systems, industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus TCP, EthernetIP, Profinet), and standards like IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82.
- Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. Ability to influence change and solve problems proactively.
- Mindset: Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
