Process Governance Specialist

McCormick is seeking a Process Governance Specialist to join the GBS Capability & Governance team. In this role, you will help establish, sustain, and continuously improve global process governance standards, frameworks, and controls across the organization.

You will work closely with Global Business Solutions, functional process owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed governance disciplines that strengthen process consistency, transparency, accountability, and operational excellence. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for our enterprise process mapping technology, Promapp by Nintex.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Mapping Tool Administration and User Support

  • Act as the functional administrator for Promapp by Nintex, managing user access, role configurations, taxonomy structures, system updates, and data integrity.
  • Partner with the software vendor to monitor new functionality, enhancements, and best practices, ensuring effective use of the tool.
  • Serve as the main contact for process mapping and governance-related queries.
  • Provide structured support to users, resolve tool issues, and manage service requests in a timely, customer-focused manner.

Process Governance Framework and Standards

  • Maintain and continuously improve global process governance standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements.
  • Define and promote process mapping conventions, modelling standards, version control, and approval workflows.
  • Ensure alignment with established governance principles, rules, and policies across functions and regions.

Governance Compliance, Reporting and Insights

  • Develop and maintain governance dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Monitor process-documentation completeness, adherence to standards, user adoption, and overall governance health.
  • Provide clear, structured insights to leadership and process owners to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Training and Capability Development

  • Design and deliver training on Promapp by Nintex and the global process governance framework.
  • Create practical enablement materials to build user capability and support consistent application of governance standards.
  • Promote understanding and adoption of process governance practices across global teams.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience in process mapping and process improvement, including facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs using Power BI or similar reporting and data-visualisation tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex process information into clear and practical business insights.
  • Effective stakeholder-management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, regions, and organisational levels.
  • Ability to work successfully in a global, cross-functional environment and support change-management and communication initiatives.
  • A collaborative, organised, and diplomatic approach, with confidence working within governance structures and standards.

Nice to Have

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or practical Lean Six Sigma experience.
  • Exposure to shared-services processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, or Master Data Management.
  • Practical experience with PowerBI. #LI-DNI

 

Compensation: starting from PLN 9250 PLN per month STARTING SALARY

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
