Raw Material & Supplier Quality Analyst III

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages independently a variety of raw material related tasks related to Projects or Customers requests regarding all aspects of the raw materials, suppliers, and co-manufacturers lifecycle. Understands when to involve Team Leader in these communications. Demonstrates technical expertise and credibility in role and/or function.
  • Communicates effectively by e-mail, phone and in person with internal stakeholders, external vendors of raw materials and other departments daily regarding various aspects of raw materials and supplier quality.
  • Collection, processing of raw material, supplier, and co-manufacturer related data in associated systems, e.g., SAP, DevEX, Intelex, to ensure continuous production and that business needs are met.
  • Sending, gathering, and checking for completeness of vendor documentation in accordance with the procedure, project timeline and agreed SLAs (certificates, questionnaires, HACCP, cleaning procedures, foreign body control policy, allergen procedure etc.)
  • Work cross- functionally with TSS departments and supports technical functions, product development, supplier quality managers, commercialization and third-party audits for raw material compliance and supplier quality queries.
  • Provides weekly / monthly reports and / or updates the Projects to Team Leader. Responsible for producing accurate performance KPI’s.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Experience in Food Industry or similar area.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Quality Systems/Food Certification Standards (Halal/Kosher/Organic).
  • Food law knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Project Management Skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, with high sense of urgency.
  • Advanced level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP).
  • BRC/ IFS internal auditor HACCP internal auditor certificates would be a plus.
  • Organized, methodical, detail oriented and ability to multitask.
