Position: Recruitment Assistant
Based: Łódź, Poland
6 month fixed-term contract
Reporting to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring that open positions are posted on internal and external career sites, job boards and social media through to the McCormick careers portal.
- Managing the interview booking process and coordinates logistics like: booking meeting rooms and scheduling interviews with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensuring maintenance of candidate database, uploading of candidate details/CV to the database.
- Responding to incoming telephone enquiries from clients and candidates and offering support (where able) in the absence of Talent Acquisition members. Managing the speculative application process.
- Supporting TA Business Partners in partnering with hiring managers through recruitment process, as needed, from alignment meeting through candidate sourcing and screening to offer stage.
- Initiate and build relationships through the process as well as directly source candidates through various channels.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- University graduate preferred.
- Experience in recruitment or in administrative support / client support would be a plus.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to timely respond to customer inquiries with favourable resolutions.
- Willingness to take ownership of given tasks.
- Adaptable individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.
- Collaborative team player.
- Fluent English required. French would be a distinct advantage.
