This position provides reporting and analysis to further the functional leadership’s understanding of actual financial performance and support the annual planning processes (budget and long-term plan). This position provides reporting, financial analyses, interpretations, key metric reporting to management and also ensures consistent financial controls across the global landscape of the function.

 

Responsible for consistent application of US GAAP including being involved in accruals and capitalization.

 

 

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be:
• Working with the Senior Finance Director, consolidate and analyze Global Business Services (GBS) results throughout various business cycles (actual, forecast, budget).
• Prepare / compile / analyze a variety of deliverables as part of the month-end close process, including but not limited to, accruals, intercompany cross charges, and reclasses. Validate Payroll Data with regards to absences, leaves, overtimes etc.
• Manage headcount reporting, in partnership with HR and GBS leadership to explain variances and drive forecasts / budget.Prepare statutory reports and data for external and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare business case analyses as determined by strategic projects for current year – examples may include contractor vs. employee analysis and location-based analysis. Ensure compliance (ex. SOX) and best practices are followed to standard.
• Act as primary point of Finance contact for Lodz center financials.

 

To be successful in this role you should:
• Previous experience as Financial Analyst or similar at least 5 years.
• Analysis skills Communication and reporting and presenting skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate in international, matrix organization and consumer-oriented attitude.
• Fluent Polish and English is a must.
