Sourcing Coordinator 

Łódź, Poland 

 

The Sourcing Coordinator provides operational support to the Procurement team across categories such as Contract Manufacturing, Raw Materials, and Packaging. The role focuses on maintaining accurate supplier and pricing data, resolving process issues, and ensuring smooth execution of daily purchasing activities.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain supplier contracts and pricing data in SAP (R3 or S/4HANA).
  • Manage material and vendor master data across systems.
  • Reconcile invoice and pricing discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
  • Support Buyers and Category Managers with administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Resolve issues related to orders and procurement processes.
  • Handle internal inquiries from factories, business partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain simple operational reports.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Economics).
  • Previous working experience in procurement, supply chain, or production planning preferably.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP (R3 or S/4HANA) – essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (intermediate level).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work one week per month in an afternoon shift (starting between 12:00–14:00).  #LI-DNI
