Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Solution Center Specialist II to join our MPS Solutions Center team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service delivery to employees and customers across designated groups, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
You will handle a variety of inquiries using multiple systems and tools, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality HR services. This position requires a strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support by responding to employee and customer inquiries across various channels
- Manage end-to-end case handling, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
- Handle and resolve inquiries of low to medium complexity, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, processes, and controls (including SOX)
- Collaborate with peers, HR teams, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support and resolve escalations, ensuring proper follow-up and closure
- Contribute to process improvements and support implementation of new solutions
- Participate in onboarding and training of new team members
- Engage in continuous learning and share knowledge within the team
- Work closely with Solutions Center and cross-functional teams to exchange knowledge
- Participate in projects and cyclical processes (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Act as a subject matter support for more complex inquiries
- Drive operational excellence and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Candidate’s profile
- Experience working in project teams or supporting project initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team
- Customer-focused approach with a high level of ownership
- Fluency in English
- Experience in HR or shared services environment
- Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Familiarity with HR systems and service delivery tools
- Experience working in multicultural or remote environments
