MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Responsible for delivering best-in-class HR services for designated region (UK and UAE) and driving operational performance balanced with exceptional customer experience and care for high quality.
  • Recruits and onboards, inspires, develops, and motivates team of high performing HR Shared Services professionals.
  • Manages team performance, capacity, volume, team members training and coaches to achieve objectives and KPIs.
  • Is an escalation point for activities within assigned region and will work with regional manager to manage the day-to-day operations of assigned teams and projects.
  • Accountable for building and maintaining relations with business stakeholders, responding to the business needs, and ensuring a consistent customer experience, compliance with legal regulations and controls (including SOX) within the assigned region.
  • Cooperates closely with Team Leaders responsible for other regions and regional managers to improve and align ways of working and processes to the global standard.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Fluent English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
  • Previous experience in management of people, process, and services is required.
  • Experience in HR Operations (SSC environment preferably) is nice to have but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering services / providing advisory to others.
  • Preferred multicultural awareness and experience with multicultural and/or remote team members and customers.
  • Labour Law appreciation is nice to have.
  • Problem solving skills in both: process complexity and team relations.
  • Ability to build and sustain relations at all levels.
  • Business acumen.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Project and change management experienced.
  • Analytic skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected situations.
