This position supports the Global COE Senior Finance Manager.  Person on this position will help the senior manager to develop processes and reports that are insightful to main stakeholders, aligned across EMEA and North America. He/she will be responsible for supporting global costing, various process improvements, and training various team members ensuring their full understanding of the processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting global costing
• Support Process Improvements via mapping and analyzing current processes, supporting the roll out of new processes, and communicating the changes to various team members
• Supporting the Annual Standard Setting Process
• Support the COE Senior Manager on various supply chain inventory and ad hoc requests
• Participate actively in projects and ad-hoc analyses.
• Continually standardize and optimize processes and reports across multiple business units.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience participating on projects, supporting finance initiatives with the business, preferred.
• Experience with transaction & reporting systems including, but not limited to Hyperion, SAP, Business Warehouse, TM1 or other local systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required.
• Proven knowledge of financial accounting standards and GAAP required.
• Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Demonstrates drive to find opportunities to improve existing process.
• Demonstrates ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Attention to detail.
