The AR Analyst has responsibility for managing assigned processes in area of Accounts Receivable such as Cash Collection, Cash Application and Billing.  

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs collection of assigned customer accounts across all company codes and divisions. Intercompany collection accounts may also be assigned.
  • Allocating payments against customer invoices and performing account reconciliation
  • Billing activities – raising invoices
  • Monitors and performs a monthly completes payment trend analysis on assigned customers
  • Root cause analysis and issue resolution for unpaid invoices
  • Provide monthly reporting on cash collection ad hoc reports as necessary.
  • Perform audit control functions to assure that documents are updated and maintained according to strict procedural guidelines.
  • Manages the preparing and delivery of monthly statements to customers, when applicable.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • experience on similar position in area of finance (Credit Control/ Order to Cash).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
  • Ability to plan own work and respect deadlines.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work on 2nd shift (14:00-22:00) when needed.

 

 

 

Compensation: starting from PLN 79 000 per year STARTING SALARY

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
