Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a dynamic team? We are looking for a Customer Service and Export Supervisor to join our team and drive excellence in customer and export order management.

 

As the Customer Service and Export Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You will oversee the customer service team, manage export orders, and handle consumer feedback with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise the team for accurate order entry and timely delivery. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. Oversee consumer calls, provide staff training, and maintain the Customer Complaints database, coordinating with QA for quick resolutions.
  • Manage export orders, including inspections, transport, and documentation, ensuring compliance with VECCI and government requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports and administrative requests to both external customers and internal stakeholders. Escalate issues appropriately to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Support CCI projects and ensure the accuracy of Customer SAP Master Data.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a proactive and respectful culture. Set team objectives and ensure comprehensive training for all staff members.

 

About You

 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service and export management.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • A knack for identifying and implementing process improvements.
