ENGINEER SUPERVISOR (UTILITY & SUPPORT)

The Lead Utility & Facility Engineer responsible

  • Utility, Facility and Wastewater treatment system, equipment, machinery and instrument for -

         > New and Transfer machines and equipment to AMATA plant of the installation, commissioning and validation

         > Operation and maintenance protocol system such as SOPs / WI / PM / CQV etc..

         > Overview routine management, operate, repair & maintenance and adjustment to ensure the functions reliably and complies with plant process specifications and requirement

     Utility, Facility and Wastewater treatment system, equipment, machinery and instrument for

  • Manage and drive the Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and store spare parts preventive maintenance program and calibration and spare parts readiness
  • Cooperate with outside party & government / FM Global / Support annually permit & report as per raw and regulation

Follow and obey the requirements specified by the company, with awareness and emphasis on quality and safety of products together with report irregularities that may affect food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overview daily routine / operating / corrective action / emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes of Utility & Facility and Waste water treatment system, equipment and machinery.
  • Solve the technical problems on the Utility & Facility and Wastewater treatment system, equipment, and machinery to ensures the goods delivery supply to plant production
  • Store spare parts management and readiness to ensure the functions reliably and complies with plant process specifications and requirement
  • Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) management for regular implementation preventive maintenance program and calibrate for overall plant equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with specifications or instructions
  • Additional improvement project implementation such as Safety/GMP to improvement and maintain good service to plant
  • Cooperate with outside party & government / FM Global / Support annually permit & report as per raw and regulation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Engineering Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial or experience work in food manufacturing
  • Boiler, Wastewater treatment operation certificate Personal Responsible of Energy

  • At least 7-10 Yrs experience or higher in routine Utilities and Facilities process and management with relevant co-op/internship experience. Knowledge and experience of the project management, computer skills, machines installation, technical solution & engineering co-ordination, Facility, Utility, Fire alarm, Fire protection, Water treatment and Waste water treatment machines installation, commissioning and validation technical knowledge as well as ability to analyze and make presentations of options for management review

  • Leadership, Problem solving, People management and Service mind
