Material Planner
The Material Planner will order materials both raw and pack materials to support production plan without any impact to Production line while keep the inventory level within target. In addition, the parameter in SAP must maintain with the correct data (safety stock, safety time, MOQ, plan delivery time).
Key Responsibilities |

Materials readiness before start production with the right time and qty. |
|
|
To control inventory level (SLOB) within target by concern shelf life and MOQ. |
|
|
To support NPD for existing materials and materials that hand over from Purchasing. |
|
|
Supplier evaluation and validation by using PPLF Supplier performance (measure qty/delivery/quality) and feedback to Purchasing to help on supplier improvement. |
|
|
To confirm materials per plan, raise up if found any potential risk that cause materials delay and not ready on time to Production Planner and relate function. |
|
|
Verification of purchase documents for all materials For RSPO must be check Annual volume summary and tracking data. |
|
|
Work closely with ITC (import materials) WH and QA both import and local to get materials in plant on time. |
|
|
Do data analysis for SLOB report monthly with the root cause and action to Planning Manager. |
|
|
To order materials by following lead time and MOQ in SAP, if found parameter in SAP not accurate have to correct that data. |
|
Additional/Secondary Responsibilities |

Arrangement transportation to pick up materials at supplier and summary B.V transport report by monthly |
|
|
Summary daily incoming plan report to concern function |
|
|
Request extension shelf life for RM/PM as needed |
|
|
Support on CS request for urgent order |
|
|
Required Qualifications: |
|
|
Level of Education and Discipline |
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / Logistics / Purchasing or relate |

Certifications and/or Licenses |

Experience |
3-5 years in Supply Chain / Production Planning/ Material Planning preferably in a manufacturing environment,
|
Interpersonal Skills |
Good command in English both Spoken and Written. Good coordinating with international suppliers Effective communication and negotiation Skill Flexible and can work under pressure |
Other Skills & Competencies |
SAP or ERP program, Microsoft excel, Power point, E-mail |
