Process Technician Responsibilities:



Under the direction of the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Process Technician is responsible for the development, improvement and adherence to manufacturing processes on the floor in the manufacturing departments. 




  • Audit processes (such as changeovers, CIL, CIP, etc.), centerline sheets, and startup/shut down sheets for compliance
  • Collect and analyze data on line performance for process improvement and problem solving for downtime reduction
  • Assist with key loss point analysis
  • Assist Engineers with the development of new procedures and edits to existing procedures and validate temporary procedure changes
  • Coordinate TPM activity and participate in cross-functional team meetings
  • Act as a training resource for new or updated procedures and for validation of job-in-series upgrades



  • Acceptable attendance.
  • Meets standards in overall performance (safety, quality, job performance)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of FFO, Processing, or Packaging production experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and correct problems on a variety of equipment
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to train and lead others.
  • Demonstrated process improvement ability and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form
  • Ability to work overtime/weekends
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a team environment




  • Demonstrated experience in Access, Visual Basic, SAP, or other relevant computer systems etc.
