Senior National Account Manager – Maternity Cover (6 months)

Avignon, France

 

 

We are currently looking for a Senior National Account Manager working within the Quick Service restaurant (QSR) team. This role will fully develop, implement and commercially manage a key customer within our Flavour Solutions Business, with the autonomy to make significant decisions and drive strategic business direction. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering the full P&L and KPI accountability for a key customer
  • Responsibility for developing, managing, and implementing growth plans within a key Global QSR customer
  • Cross-Functional team ownership, accountability, and growth mindset capability
  • Lead and implement a Joint Business Plan approach, cultivating and driving forward successful customer relationships.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Commercial experience across both own label and branded products is desirable
  • Ability to drive valued added, world class customer relationships working across a Global platform
  • Experience working in a B2B environment within QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) or similar experience in FMCG is desirable
  • Proven track record of delivering within a faced past environment
  • Self starter who can work autonomously
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong P&L management experience
  • Ability to deliver KPIs in timely manner, also beyond targets.
  • Strong ability to influence across multiple stakeholders, making immediate impact internally and externally, building strong networks
  • Good organisation & time management skills
  • A passion for food and a working knowledge of the Eating out of Home channel
  • Build effective relationships with key customer stakeholders across commercial, marketing & supply chain
  • Degree Educated
  • Ability to travel, Business French speaking desirable
