About You

You will demonstrate solid stakeholder engagement and management skills along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

 

Experience in a global multi-national will be beneficial in this role.

 

About the Role

 

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, this role will be responsible for:

 

  • Working closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure continuous improvement of Maintenance Practices and KPI’s and identify areas of concern and focus.
  • Provide Training and Support of maintenance CMMS (UpKeep) system users to ensure optimum use and that the full potential is being realized.
  • Maintain an accurate Asset Register in maintenance CMMS (UpKeep) system and ensure work orders are confirmed and closed routinely. Escalate issues to Engineering Manager
  • Use statistical methods to analyze equipment performance and failure data to determine the need for adjustments in Preventative Maintenance plans.
  • Work towards having all assets and spare parts catalogued and maintained in maintenance CMMS (UpKeep) system and robust Preventative Maintenance routines developed for each asset.
