Due to organisational growth, we have several leadership roles available at our Clayton South manufacturing facility.   You will join a passionate team who relish the thrill of frontline leadership and enjoy driving change.   Located at our Clayton South manufacturing facility, these leadership roles are key to driving performance and transformation of the site.  Under the leadership of a highly experienced Plant Manager who genuinely believes capability development is the key to the sites’ success you will play a key role in supporting our operational excellence program to drive performance and engagement of the site.

The Roles

Working as part of the Operations team, you will work with cross-functional team members and operators to:

  • Drive performance of the plant and engagement of our people
  • Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives at a shop floor level
  • Ensure adherence to GMP/HACCP standards and be involved in key customer audits to drive a strong focus on our Quality Culture
  • Educate and create awareness of our Culture of Care Safety program, promoting the right behaviours to foster a strong safety culture
  • Involvement in capital projects when required

 

About You

The right candidate will have:

  • 5 years leadership in a manufacturing environment
  • Involvement in operational excellence program (preferably TPM)
  • Ability to use RCA tools to engage the team in problem solving process
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • SAP experience
  • Strong focus on delivering results
  • Ability to translate Plant Strategy into clear vision for Operators
