Key Responsibilities

 

100% Engagement: Lead your team to high performance in line with our High-Performance Organization (HPO) standards and cultural framework. Provide effective coaching and facilitation, set clear expectations and goals, prioritize team losses, remove barriers, and offer regular performance and talent feedback. Recognize and reward performance achievements.

 

Daily Management: Direct and support the daily management of the team to prioritize work and achieve goals in Safety, Quality, PR, Cost, and Service. Ensure 100% compliance with operational processes and procedures (SOPs), health & safety practices, world-class manufacturing practices (GMP), and 5S/Visual Factory standards.

 

Team Planning and Organization: Build and organize work for direct reports, ensuring the best working conditions. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and workforce planning. Coordinate and ensure the execution of activities by the Process Engineer, Technical Leader, and Operations team to meet business needs.

 

Production Planning: Collaborate with the Scheduling department to build and optimize production planning. Adapt and prioritize as needed.

 

Technical Skills Improvement: Participate in the technical skills improvement of the team, in collaboration with the Technical Team Leader.

 

Performance Improvement: Own performance improvement across all KPIs for the assigned area. Actively participate and propose initiatives for performance enhancement.

 

Problem Solving: Utilize problem-solving tools and TPM methodologies to continually improve equipment and processes. Lead root cause analysis for failures that meet the applicable threshold.

 

About You

 

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment and demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills in addition to the following;

 

  • Excellent understanding of operational processes, health & safety practices, GMP, and 5S/Visual Factory standards
  • Ability to build and optimize production planning
  • Proficiency in problem-solving tools and TPM methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
