We are seeking a proactive and experienced SHE Specialist who is passionate about fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective safety, health, and environmental programs across industrial sites.

Position Overview
As our Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing, supporting, coordinating and driving our SHE programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will lead initiatives to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization amongst 2 industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in development and implementation of the SHE policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day SHE guidance and support
- Generate reports on trends and outcomes, and support the SHE Manager in key projects
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on SHE matters.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG or food production industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SHE regulations and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with SHE management systems and Power BI data reporting.
- Full driver’s license.
