We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior SHE Specialist who is passionate about fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective safety, health, and environmental programs across industrial sites.

Position Overview

 

As a Senior SHE Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will lead initiatives to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization amongst 2 industrial sites.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on SHE matters.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

 

Ideal Candidate

 

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about safety, health, and environmental excellence and thrive in a collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG or food production industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of SHE regulations and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with SHE management systems and Power BI data reporting.
