Estamos buscando contratar a un(a) Factory Controller bajo un esquema de trabajo híbrido (60/40) para nuestro sitio en Cuautitlán, Estado de México. Este esquema contempla 3 días de trabajo en la oficina y 2 días de trabajo remoto.

Position Overview:
The Factory Controller serves as the primary finance business partner for manufacturing operations, providing leadership in financial planning, cost control, inventory management, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining a strong internal control and compliance environment, and driving operational and financial performance through insightful analysis and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently perform in-depth financial analysis by researching, identifying root-cause drivers, explaining variances, and recommending corrective actions related to actual results versus prior year, forecast, and budget. Quantify and distinguish volume, price, mix, and rate impacts, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead financial performance reviews with budget owners and key stakeholders, driving accountability and action plans to ensure the achievement of financial commitments and business objectives
- Serve as Finance Inventory Controller, lead inventory performance reviews, ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place, drive initiatives to reduce inventory obsolescence, optimize working capital, and minimize financial risk . Analyze and monitor key financial and operational metrics, including Inventory Turnover (ITO/DIO)
- Maintain a robust internal control environment and ensure full compliance with SOX requirements. Proactively identify potential control weaknesses, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and lead the implementation of sustainable process improvements
- Co-lead regional cost efficiency and productivity initiatives, providing financial analysis and performance tracking to quantify savings opportunities, validate benefits realization, and ensure Continuous Cost Improvement (CCI) targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis required; financial planning experience preferred.
- 2+ years in food/CPG/pharma manufacturing and cost accounting required; knowledge of activity based costing highly desirable.
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of the capabilities of transaction & reporting systems including, but not limited to Hyperion, SAP, Business Warehouse or other local systems.
- Understands available reporting, drill down capabilities, and able to organize data in a way that adds value to analysis.
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of Activity Based Costing or other Costing methodology/systems.
- Experience participating in projects, supporting finance initiatives with the business.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong proficiency in Word and Power Point
- SAP experience required, Power BI, TM1 preferred.
- Effectively works across business functions.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Advanced / professional English (spoken and written).
