Business Improvement Data Analyst

This position will be part of the Global Business Improvement (CCI & PLP Programs) Center of Excellence (CoE) and will be responsible for managing multiple data sources and data analysis for both programs. Data analyst will develop analysis and reporting capabilities as well as monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities

1) Global Program Management Excellence

Scorecards & Programs Audits: Work closely with BI CoE Director on KPIs and audit of Programs, Develop & Communicate monthly BI scorecard, Identify Gap analysis vs Standard

2) Support in use of tools, systems, and technology

Serve as Power user on Business Improvement Systems (TM1 and new ESG software solutions)

Work with CCI Laser users and PLP data owners to fix issues with tool & work on their resolution

3) 

Financials Analysis and reporting

 

  • Check, collect and Report data for CCI Program reporting Process to complete CCI Regional reporting packs and provide updates for management reporting purposes, weekly Check files and follow up on corrections, validations and update needed and work closely with Program Manager and Program Director to make sure forecast is in line with their expectations
  • Check, collect and Report data PLP Program reporting Process by working closely with PLP Program Director and BI CoE Director on PLP data collection process and work on the PLP Database maintenance (via Excel or new ESG software solution)

Maintain OVOT of Programs from data collection to external and internal reporting

 

 

Certifications and/or Licenses - 

BA

PMI

P3O or another program, portfolio & projects office certification

 

Experience - 

5+ years of experience in Finance role and Data analysis

Experience in multi-country, multidisciplinary teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills required

Fluent in English

Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, generate insights and building robust models. 

Should have experience in providing insights/analytics on Programs

Should be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data.
