Position Overview/Primary Purpose:


As a member of the Global Business Solutions Transformation Team, reporting to the Service Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering accurate, standardized, and insight-driven reporting to support data-based decision-making.
The position ensures data quality and integrity across multiple sources, manages KPI governance and documentation, and develops structured Excel and Power BI dashboards focused on actionable performance insights. It monitors trends, highlights risks and improvement opportunities, and maintains reporting consistency and transparency.
The role also leverages AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline reporting processes, enhance automation, and drive continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

1.Data Management & Accuracy

  • Collect, validate, cleanse, and manage datasets from multiple sources.
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Build and maintain structured Excel files (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation).
  • Perform periodic reporting cycles and support ad hoc data requests. 

2. Reporting, Metrics & KPI Management

  • Ensure KPI standardization and consistency across reports and dashboards.
  • Document KPI methodologies and assumptions to ensure transparency and governance.
  • Monitor performance trends and highlight risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather data and ensure proper, substantive root cause analysis of underperforming scores.
  • Keep reporting and KPI framework discipline (i.e. scheme, definitions, calculation logic)
  • Create clear, user-friendly “how-to” guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Document reporting logic, data sources, KPI calculations, and data flows.
  • Support knowledge sharing by maintaining structured documentation repositories.
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date and aligned with business changes.
  • Maintain GBS metrics repository  

3. Power BI Reporting

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports focused on actionable KPIs.
  • Transform and model data within Power BI (Power Query, DAX).
  • Visualize trends, variances, and performance drivers clearly and effectively.
  • Perform troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing reports.

4. AI & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage AI tools to improve data analysis, automation, KPI tracking, and documentation efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes 
  • Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.    20

        
Required Qualifications:

  • Level of Education and Discipline - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar.
  • Certifications and/or Licenses - Power BI

 

Technical Skills

Must have:

  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, structured datasets).
  • Strong Power BI experience (dashboard creation, data modeling fundamentals).
  • Experience defining, calculating, and monitoring KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Understanding of data governance and metric standardization.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English.
  • Great attention to details and strong focus on delivering against deadlines
  • Ability to translate business objectives into measurable metrics.
