Position Overview:
The Commercialization Analyst - Technical is responsible for managing end to end data set up and validation to support the Consumer businesses. This includes data set up and validation for New Products, Revisions, Renovations, Supply chain initiatives, Regulatory initiatives, Business Continuity and CCI projects. This includes ECC data, S4 data and all interim processes needed between the ERP systems. This individual will initiate and manage the data setup approach through internal & external systems and with cross functional resources to ensure key data project milestones are met. Effective communication with Commercialization Project Manager & Project Champions will ensure success within each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Initiation / Validation:
- Initiate & manage data creation within multiple systems (Lotus Notes/Step/ECC/S4/Interim Solutions/Power App) for set up of First Time Orders (FTOs), New Products, Intermediate Finished Goods, Packaging, Cancel Supersedes, & MMDCR’s.
- Data Portfolio management across all businesses: Retail, Club, Private Label, BFS, DTC, eComm, PepsiCo, International
- Execute data approach across multiple project teams and multiple manufacturing locations (internal and external) with cross-divisional requirements.
- Initiate and facilitate Data Validation and BOM Reviews
- Data Analytics and Specification creation to support Sales Launch activities
- Cross functional partnership:
- Serve as technical data SME for cross-functional project teams on New Products, Updates, Renovations, Supply chain initiatives, Regulatory initiatives and CCI using both SAP ERP systems
- Partner with the project manager on Data timing requirement guiding the project plans
- Partner with Global data team, other internal teams including global cross functional teams to complete data set up meeting project milestones
- Acts as data steward to accelerate data setup/reviews to ensure timelines are met
- Process Improvements:
- Report out monthly on data analytics, issues, and gap resolutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline & automate core data setup and validation processes
- Improve turnaround time & advance readiness efforts to improve service levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply chain or a related field
- 2+ years broad based Commercialization, Marketing, Supply Chain, Global Data or relevant experience required
- Ability to coordinate data under ambiguous and fast-moving conditions
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and foresee and address issues before they become significant obstacles
- Ability to demonstrate strong, sustained customer service/intimacy as a top priority anticipating needs of internal customers
- Demonstrates a bias toward action
- Project management, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to problem-solve, including the ability to investigate issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SAP / S4 experience
