Position Overview Credit Analyst is responsible for Customer and Vendor Master Data verification, Customer Credit Line reviews, creation of process documentation, reporting and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Review, analysis, verify, and recommend customer risk categories and credit limits up to $100K USD for new and existing customer system set up and blocked order releases 50%

• Vendor data verification and risk approval in Lotus Notes (cooperation with other teams, communication with vendors, checking and analyzing data in system to prevent fraud) as well as data verification in SLP, verifying accuracy of data and approval in MBC/MDG workflow to mitigate risk 20%

• Weekly, Quarterly, and Monthly Data extraction and reporting for NA and EMEA 15% • Audit and Ad Hoc analytical support for Risk Managers 10%

• Updating and creating process related documents pertaining to data extraction 5% Secondary Responsibilities Secondary Responsibilities

• Learning Power BI in order to create data-driven dashboards.

Required Qualifications Qualifications

Description Level of Education and Discipline Associates in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc. Certification and/or Licenses N/A Experience - functional/industry/commerci al knowledge, business acumen • General Knowledge of Credit & Risk Procedures.

• 1-3 years experience in Risk, Finance, or Accounting within a global functional operating model.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to mitigate risk and prevent fraud; ability to analyze potential risk; ability to recognize fraudulent vendor master activity Interpersonal Skills - leadership, interactions, communication, influence

• Daily interaction with written and verbal communication in English to internal and external customers;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;

• Ability to communicate with tact and also communicate negative information in a professional manner. Other Skills and HPO Competencies
