Key Responsibilities:

Shape and execute the enterprise strategy for identity and directory services, establishing the roadmap, operating model, standards, governance, and service capabilities needed to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable identity services across global business and technology environments.

  • Modernize Identity Platforms, Directory Services, and Access Capabilities

Lead the modernization and ongoing management of core identity platforms, including enterprise directory services, identity providers, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, federation, privileged access management, access governance, certificate-related dependencies, and identity integrations across cloud, SaaS, endpoint, and application ecosystems.

  • Strengthen Identity Security, Compliance, and Lifecycle Controls

Improve identity risk posture by strengthening joiner, mover, leaver processes; role-based and attribute-based access practices; privileged access controls; access reviews; policy enforcement; audit readiness; and alignment with cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory, and enterprise risk requirements.

  • Build an Integrated, Reliable, and Product-Aligned Service Model

Develop an integrated service model that aligns internal teams and service providers within the defined Product Operating Model and established SIAM processes, creating clear accountability, measurable service outcomes, proactive operational support, and continuous improvement for identity and directory services.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Advanced degree in a related field preferred.

Previous Experience:

  • Significant progressive experience in enterprise identity and access management, directory services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or related technology functions, including leadership responsibility in complex global environments.
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management practices, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, role-based access, access certification, privileged access management, federation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, conditional access, secrets or credential management, and directory synchronization.
  • Experience with enterprise directory platforms and identity providers such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, LDAP directories, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or comparable technologies.
  • Experience integrating identity services with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, enterprise applications, endpoint services, collaboration tools, and business-critical systems.
  • Experience operating within established SIAM processes and governance models, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and strategic service providers.
  • Experience supporting or working within a defined Product Operating Model, aligning identity services to product ownership, service outcomes, and business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to use identity metrics, service performance data, risk indicators, audit findings, and operational trends to improve reliability, compliance, security, and user experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect identity priorities, access risk, service reliability, and technology investments to enterprise goals, risk reduction, regulatory expectations, and workforce productivity.
  • Experience driving automation, standardization, continuous improvement, and operational maturity in large-scale enterprise environments.
