Position Overview/Primary Purpose
The position will be responsible for managing simple to medium complexity global HR reporting, supporting internal and external audits, assisting with mass HR data uploads, and providing technical support for MySuccess platform. This role will also execute day-to-day organizational management (OM) activities for countries in scope, including managing pending hires, transfers and re-hires, setting up new foundational objects in SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) and SAP HCM OM, and proactively monitoring OM data fields to ensure proper data governance. The HR Data Analyst I will monitor and take corrective actions to resolve OM-related issues between SFEC and SAP HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all systems. Additionally, this role will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR data and OM, delivering excellent customer service by providing timely and high-quality responses.
The Global HR Data Analyst I will escalate concerns when necessary and will be able to synthesize information from multiple sources, systems and tools to respond to inquiries in a timely manner. This position requires engagement with team members in a collaborative, team-oriented way, with a focus on continuous learning and training to take on additional activities. The position will ensure that day-to-day tasks are resolved efficiently, collaborating with team members, the team leader, and manager to effectively deliver daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. With a proactive approach, the Global HR Data Analyst I can identify key dependencies that may enhance customer service and employee experience. The role may also involve participation in cyclical events and projects that occur yearly, monthly, or quarterly within the H2R Process. The Global HR Data Analyst I may be involved in onboarding and training of new team members.
This position carries a mindset of continuous improvement and regularly provides insights to support the development of improved processes and services. The Global HR Data Analyst I is accountable for ensuring a consistent customer experience, adherence to controls (including SOX), and compliance within the team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Global HR Reporting & Mass Uploads: Prepare simple to medium complexity HR reports to support global HR operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders. Manage simple global mass uploads of HR data into SFEC and SAP HCM, ensuring smooth data integration and minimal errors.
2. Audit Support: Provide assistance for internal and external audits, including gathering necessary HR data, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and addressing audit findings as needed.
3. Organizational Management (OM) Data: Execute day-to-day OM tasks such as managing pending hires, transfers, rehires, position management and retro-active OM updates setting up new foundational objects in SFEC and SAP HCM OM, and maintaining employee organizational data integrity. Manages initial access set up for position changes. Support position access set by by proactive work with IT to ensure minimal disruption to existing access as employees transition to new roles within the organization.
4. MySuccess Basic Technical Support: Provide basic MySuccess assistance, e.g. process username and login method changes, assisting users with login issues and ensuring smooth access to the system.
5. Data and Replication Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor OM data fields in SFEC and SAP HCM to ensure proper data governance. Take corrective actions to resolve OM-related issues between systems, ensuring alignment of data.
6. Customer Service Excellence: Respond to employee queries related to basic HR data and organizational management, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
7. System testing: Assists more senior team members with special projects including configuration testing, integrations & data mapping & ad-hoc report requests.
Required Qualifications
Level of Education and Discipline College Degree preferred, but not required.
Experience - functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen -
- Expected to have 1-3 years of experience in HR data management or related fields.
- Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) and SAP HCM or similar systems.
- Understanding of global HR data and Organizational Management processes and reporting requirements and experience in this area.
- Experience with HR data uploads, data quality checks, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in data management in a multinational company with experience of high-volume data processing for multiple countries.
- Analytical skills, attention to details.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering services / providing advisory to others. Preferred experience with multicultural and/or with remote customers.
