We are looking for a Global HR Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing and enhancing HR data processes across our global organization. In this role, you will contribute to the accuracy, consistency, and quality of HR data while collaborating with stakeholders to support organizational goals.As part of a high-performing team, you will work on HR data reporting, support organizational management initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in HR data management and make a tangible impact on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to support data reporting and organizational management processes.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across global HR systems.Contribute to the execution of HR data initiatives, including data uploads and reconciliation.
Support compliance with internal and external standards, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
Participate in projects and cyclical events, delivering high-quality data solutions.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve data processes and enhance service delivery.
What We’re Looking ForExperience: Experience in HR data management, reporting, or a related field. Exposure to global HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM) is a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Excel and data validation tools is highly desirable.
Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes and data governance. A willingness to learn and grow in organizational management is essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
