Position Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Employee Experience Data Analyst based in India. This role focuses on the development and execution of continuous listening strategies and employee experience (EX) data analysis. The analyst will be responsible for setting up and managing surveys in Qualtrics, integrating EX data from surveys and focus groups with operational data, and delivering actionable insights through visualization tools like Qualtrics and Power BI. The role requires close collaboration with Continuous Listening and Employee Experience manager as well as HR data analytics teams to uncover trends and drive organizational improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Employee Experience Data Integration and Reporting – 50%


- Design, deploy, and analyze employee engagement and pulse surveys using Qualtrics.
- Integrate EX data from surveys and focus groups with operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to visualize key EX metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to privacy standards.

 

  • Continuous Listening Platform Management – 30%

    - Configure and maintain Qualtrics survey platform for continuous listening initiatives.
    - Establish data flows and integrations between Qualtrics and HRIS platforms.
    - Troubleshoot technical issues and support new feature releases.
    - Innovate survey access methods to improve participation rates (e.g., QR codes, Teams integration).

 

  • Collaboration and Process Optimization – 20%


- Partner with HR data analytics teams to align EX data with broader HR and operational metrics.
- Standardize reporting processes and develop self-service solutions.
- Train HR stakeholders on survey analytics and dashboard usage.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with Qualtrics survey platform and Power BI visualization tools. Success Factors, SAP
    Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex
  • Demonstrates sensitivity and cross-cultural awareness. Strong client service orientation, looking to solve problems and create global solutions. Ability to teach others in a warm and open manner. Interacts with internal HR customers, globally, to maintain systems and troubleshoot issues, as needed. Regular interaction with HRBP's, COE's, McIT, HR Data and Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, logical thinking/reasoning - Critical . Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently and with accuracy. Speed and agility in execution. - Critical.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting - Critical
  • Experience within technical areas of HR (systems, data, reporting, analytics) and/or IT preferred. Project management, process mapping and development experience preferred.
