Position Overview
The HR Technology Analyst III will be responsible for delivering against McCormick’s HR Technology strategy. Will work closely with SAP/SuccessFactors to act as a subject matter expert. The HR Technology Analyst III will also be responsible for training other team members on the systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead/manage strategic HR projects that have an impact on the MySuccess Platform
- Work closely with other team members to identify and correct potential data or technology issues
- Act as primary Administrator of the MySuccess Platform
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
- Support end users from a technical standpoint for training-related activities
- Work involves backend support, configuration, and issue resolution
- Coordination with global teams and stakeholders
Experience Required
- 2+ years using SAP or SuccessFactors
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment responding to challenges with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deliver.
- Specialist in SuccessFactors – SAP Learning Module with at least 1-2 year of hands-on experience.
- Candidate should have implemented SAP Learning Module, including configuration setup.
- Strong knowledge of the technical/backend aspects of the learning module, including troubleshooting
- Focus is on technical expertise, not an end-user or administrative role
Educational Qualifications: BSc HR, IT or related business field

Other Skills and HPO Competencies
- Practical HR knowledge and experience across core HR processes
- Experience as a SuccessFactors system administrator or module administrator
- This position requires high levels of problem solving abilities to ensure employees have successful resolution of their issues
- Experience working in a high volume, shared services environment
Dimension
This position is responsible for acting as primary administrator for the MySuccess platform, which is the key technology for training, hiring and managing all McCormick employees.
