Junior Automation Developer
The RPA and Agentic AI Junior Developer supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance and continuous improvement of automated processes. The role is responsible for monitoring automation performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing minor enhancements, supporting the delivery of reliable and scalable automation solutions.
Working closely with RPA developers, business stakeholders and technology teams, this role contributes to maintaining the automation portfolio, improving process efficiency and ensuring business continuity. The position also supports the adoption of Agentic AI capabilities by assisting in the development, testing and maintenance of AI-enabled automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain deployed RPA and Agentic AI automations, ensuring high availability, reliability and operational performance.

Analyze automation incidents, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes or workarounds following established support processes.

Perform bot monitoring activities, including execution tracking, error analysis, KPI reporting and proactive identification of performance deviations.

Support the development, testing and deployment of enhancements to existing automation processes under guidance from senior developers.

Develop and maintain automation components, workflows, scripts and configurations following development standards and best practices.

Support Agentic AI Automation initiatives by assisting with AI workflow configuration, testing, prompt validation and integration with business processes.

Prepare and execute test cases, validate automation changes and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Collaborate with business users and process owners to understand issues, gather improvement opportunities and support continuous process optimization.

Maintain technical documentation, including automation process documentation, troubleshooting guides, config files and documentation periodical review.

Support change requests and production deployments in accordance with governance and compliance requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation stability, performance and internal user experience.
Key Skills / Requirements

Experience in RPA development, automation support, bug fixing, software development or related technology field.

Experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator is strongly preferred.

Basic experience with desktop automation, workflow automation or scripting technologies.

Basic understanding of business processes, enterprise applications, and system integrations.

Experience with troubleshooting, debugging and resolving application or automation-related issues.

Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and work collaboratively toward solutions.

Proficiency to analyze requirements, understand technical documentation and translate business needs into automation improvements.

Interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Willingness to learn, develop technical skills and contribute to a continuous improvement culture.

Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional business and stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field.
Preferred Certifications:

UiPath Professional Certification (e.g. UiPath Certified RPA Developer, UiPath Certified Professional Agentic Automation, UiPath Certified Business Analyst or equivalent)

Compensation: starting from PLN 77850 PLN gross per year STARTING SALARY
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
