Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Digitalization Analyst supports the execution of the Supply Chain Digitalization strategy by maintaining high-quality Supply Chain data and delivering advanced analytics, insights, and Power BI solutions. Working under the direction of the SC Digitalization Manager, the role helps ensure data is structured, consistent, governed, and usable across systems to support operational performance, planning, service, inventory, working capital, and cost optimization. The Analyst also supports the lifecycle management of dashboards and analytical tools aligned with global Supply Chain priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Data Maintenance, Quality & Governance: Maintain, cleanse, harmonize, and improve Supply Chain data across operational, planning, inventory, service, cost, working capital, and performance domains. Resolve data inconsistencies through root cause analysis and sustainable fixes, while supporting Data Governance standards, definitions, documentation, and issue escalation.
- Analytics Solution Development, Data Modeling & Digital Tools: Translate Supply Chain requirements into data models, semantic models, Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions aligned with data strategy and architecture. Partner with stakeholders to support Power BI builds and scalable analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform / PowerApps, where applicable.
- Reporting Lifecycle, Automation & Standardization: Maintain and improve global and regional Supply Chain scorecards, dashboards, and recurring reports. Manage refresh validation, issue resolution, enhancements, documentation, user support, KPI alignment, and report consolidation, while driving automation and standardization to improve scalability and consistency.
- Advanced Analytics, Data-Driven Insights & Supply Chain Optimization: Develop advanced analytics and network optimization models using complex Supply Chain data to improve operational performance, planning, service, inventory, working capital, cost, and risk management. Partner with internal Supply Chain and cross-functional teams gather data, maintain accurate baseline network models, evaluate customer shipping points, and assess strategic network opportunities, including greenfield locations and point-of-manufacturing options. Identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities, then translate insights into actionable recommendations that optimize transportation mileage, facility utilization, total Supply Chain cost, and ways of working.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, Data Analytics, or related fields required.
- Experience working with complex, multi-source datasets (SAP, BI tools, external data)
- Strong capability in data cleansing, structuring, and harmonization
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced data analysis and generate actionable insights
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps; exposure to data platforms (e.g., Azure, SQL) preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional group required. Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to analyze complex problems to identify and correct root causes with minimum supervision.
- Ability to self-manage and operate independently in environments that may not be black and white
- Operates as a continuous learner, proactively asking questions, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvement. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working with or in the Supply Chain function
- Previous use of Supply Chain Guru / Llamasoft, or comparable Network Modeling software
- Experience supporting greenfield, brownfield, and existing network optimization analyses.
