Primary Purpose
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager - Consumer sales, the Sr Finance Analyst will actively identify, drive and implement improvements to processes and ways of working to drive accuracy and control, improve efficiency.
Key Role & Responsibility
Support month-end processes, quarterly financial forecast and budget . Prepare monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and commentary.
Prepare analysis and insights on the key drivers of financial performance for the Flavors Solutions business unit and determine areas for improvement. Analyze financial and non-financial data to provide actionable insights on revenue, pricing, margin, and customer profitability.
Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic decisions on product pricing.
Provide Finance support to commercial teams on key projects to support profitable growth.
Participate in the development and adoption of new reporting tools as needed.
Education & Experience
Chartered Accountant with 3-5 Years of Experience/
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance functions
Experience of working on SAP is essential.
Good Inter-personal skills including People Management Skills
