The Supply Chain Analyst II role will be heavily focused on data extraction and analysis supporting all aspects of Global Procurement’s Design & Transformation digitalization strategy.  The role will enable Procurement in delivering KPIs associated with supplier performance, supply chain risk mitigation, margin recovery, volume growth, working capital, etc. by supporting development of digital tools.  The Analyst will compile large data sets and organize that information in formats (reports, scorecards, dashboards, etc.) that demonstrate key actionable insights to enable faster decision making.  Additionally, the Analyst will be responsible for making recommendations and will heavily interact with the Category Managers to provide a broad exposure to all aspects of the function.  The Analyst must have exceptional proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of PowerBI is preferred.  The working hours of this position are 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM India Time, Monday-Friday to allow for inter-region communications.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 

Support new and existing data solutions — dashboard maintenance (Supplier Performance Management, Spend Dashboard, De-Risk Power App, etc.), troubleshooting and data fixes, Procurement data governance & enforcement; cooperation with Data, Analytics & Automation, Procurement Administration, Global Data Administration, Data Assembly, and Azure Teams to debug; administer Procurement data audits and perform corrective actions

Gather requirements, provide recommendations, and lead development of new digital tools


Misc. monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements and automation thereof; Global and Regional Procurement Scorecards; support compliance audits


Support regular ad hoc analytics requests extracting (SAP ECC, S4/HANA, SAP Outreach, non-SAP ERPs) and presenting data to various Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders (payment terms, lead times, incoterms, minimum order quantity, countries of origin, etc.) 

 

Education & Experience

 

MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. 

Minimum of 3-5 years in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, Data Analytics, or related fields required. Exceptional Proficiency in MS Excel, & MS PowerPoint required. Proficiency in SAP/APO & BW preferred. Proficiency in Power BI preferred.
