The Associate Project Manager III  will report to the Sr. Commercialization Manager.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Commercialization Manager II, the Associate Project Manager III is Responsible for assisting with the management of Marketing processes for new products, line extensions, product changes and product deletions. Supports the systematic "stage-gate" process for projects from ideation to commercialization to post-launch review. Supports cross-functional project teams maintaining documentation to track project status. Positions reports to the Sr. Commercialization Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain project timelines, highlighting and identifying commercialization risks and adjusting and workarounds as appropriate
  • Manage all aspects of product life cycle management, from commercialization of new product launches to discontinuation
  • Identifies and captures process gap issues
  • Supports regular processes to improve commercial execution & performance for McFONA accounts 
  • Collaborate with the Sales organization to put the customer first by internally managing new business opportunities & pipeline review/timing.
  • Lead cross-functional customer teams, build cross-functional relationships and manage supply activities at all levels within Purchasing, Supply Chain, Technical, and Operations
  • Support Margin Management by engaging in cost containment activities
  • Data Analysis as required
  • Support CCI initiatives and manage ad hoc customer requests
  • Commercialization activities related to activation of the Research & Innovation pipeline

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Ability to execute multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Critical thinking skills and proven business acumen
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve results and to deliver against commitments without formal authority.
  • Exercises discretion regarding data and sources, analytic conclusions, and smaller strategic recommendations.
  • High level interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, motivate and influence cross functional teams internally and externally
  • Microsoft experience

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA
  • APICS or CPIM certifications
