Creative Manager

*This is a 12-month fixed term contract to reside in the UK*

 

Position Overview

The Creative Manager is a temporary position that reports to the Director of Global Campaigns to develop and execute creative campaigns to support business growth in EMEA, including Western Europe. This role will work with creative agencies and internal teams to flawlessly execute work.  Overall responsibility for driving creative implementation of media plans, trafficking content that aligns to business goals, and leading content measurement and best practices for EMEA. 

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead end to end creative management including paid, owned and earned content, partnering with creative agencies and delivering PR/influencer work    
•    Drive creative implementation of media plan, owning creative asset sheet deliverables and communicating to the studio    
•    Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Insights, Content Studio, Digital, Culinary etc. to flawlessly execute work.    
•    Responsible for Project Management, timelines and trafficking across regions    
•    Manage EMEA A&P budget and initiatives across regions  
•    Work with team to optimize ways of working and process, building trust and credibility with region and ensuring strict adherence to RACI.

 

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • Previous creative experience (in-house or agency). Experience managing integrated campaigns
  • Experience managing creative agencies 
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and non-traditional/emerging media and influencers, PR strategies/tactics, and consumer product promotion
  • Solid business acumen and strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Must be able to establish and maintain cooperative relationships, lead projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment with changing priorities and adhere to firm deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (especially PowerPoint).  
  • Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills and able to make key learnings recommendations
