An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our EMEA Growth Platforms Marketing Team who are jointly responsible for driving the innovation agenda to deliver growth across the EMEA region through many of our consumer’s favourite Market-Leading brands including Schwartz, Kamis & Ducros Herbs, Spices, Seasonings & Recipe Mixes, Franks RedHot & Cholula Hot Sauces, French’s & Kamis Mustards, Herdez Meal kits, and Vahiné baking and desserts.



Reporting into the EMEA Growth Platforms Senior Brand Manager, you will lead a Category Innovation Strategy & leverage this to build a 1-3 year product innovation and renovation pipeline. You will identify category growth opportunities across the region, develop & work with cross-functional teams such as Local & Global Marketing Teams, Commercialisation, Insights & Analytics, Digital Communications & E-comm, Graphics Design, R&D and Culinary as well as external agencies when needed, to deliver scalable, winning innovation to drive McCormick Sales, Share & profitability.


Insights & Analytics:

• Work closely with our Insights & Analytics team, you will turn consumer trends & insights into category innovation opportunities for your dedicated platforms across the EMEA region

• Support ongoing NPD tracking, and NPD post-launch evaluations with actionable insights to build learnings into future plans


Strategy & Plans:

• Support the development of the EMEA Category Innovation Strategy and the annual EMEA regional brand plan

• Support the innovation & renovation pipeline development relevant for omni-channel for your dedicated growth platforms

• Lead the development & end-to-end delivery of innovation & renovation projects through Stage Gate, gaining continued stakeholder alignment, whilst working with key functions from ideation through to execution & Go to Market

• Support the preparation of regular Business & Innovation updates to key stakeholders and senior leaders



• Accountable for the delivery of agreed upon innovation targets with P&L responsibility of innovation & renovation workstreams



•  Proven successful experience working within a Leading FMCG Innovation & Brand-Building role at Brand Manager level, with previous local market experience strongly preferred

• Strong operational project management experience leading product innovation & renovation workstreams, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Data-driven & analytical, you will excel at working with the likes of Nielsen/IRI, Kantar & Google Trends to perform brand analysis, business cases, and competitive reviews, turning insights into actions

• Consumer-Centric-you will naturally place the consumer at the heart of everything you do & will excel at driving consumer insights from trends data, focus groups, and be comfortable working with a variety of online research methodologies with agencies such as Tastewise, Zappi, OnePulse, Vypr

• Strong Business Ownership - you’ll have a strong drive for result, seeing your platform as your own business

• Cross-Functional leadership & collaboration - you have an ability to build strong relationships across departments within EMEA, & work as one team to influence results and deliver against a clear business strategy
