Position Overview:
McCormick & Company is looking for a visionary Digital Marketing Senior Manger with a strong background in digital transformation and passion for leading digital initiatives and new technology implementations. This role is pivotal in shaping our global digital marketing strategy, optimizing customer engagement through innovative campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to drive business growth. As a strategic leader, this person will work closely with global and cross-functional teams to implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives, enhances brand visibility, and fosters customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt by market and execute our global digital marketing strategy and tech roadmap for EMEA Including: launch of new commerce enabled websites, digital shelf optimization, new tech stack implementation.
- Work with global and regional resources to define, create and implementation automated email and SMS journeys.
- Adapt and define DTC strategy for top three markets.
- Work with global and regional teams for email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and mobile marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand building.
- Lead the digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with IT, sales, and other departments to create integrated campaigns that deliver a consistent and engaging brand message across all digital channels.
- Work with media teams to allocate marketing budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact and achieve marketing and sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid experience in digital marketing and ecommerce with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in a dynamic business environment.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience building digital marketing teams in a matrixed organization while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work culture.
- Ability to deliver results, while building a team, being able to be hands-on-keyboard, leveraging external agencies and internal resources.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with different cultures and building strong external partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure marketing effectiveness, and deliver on strategic goals.
