We are looking to hire a Associate Business Analyst in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Interlomas, Edo. Mex.. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:
A Business Analyst works under the supervision of their product line leadership with the business users to understand and document business requirements in user stories. Then helps the business to agree the acceptance criteria that will be used to confirm that the functions build support those stories. During the user testing process the Business Analyst will help the business to organize suitable testers and ensure that the testing covers all the acceptance criteria.
Over time the Business Analyst develops a deep understanding of the business goals and challenges in achieving those goals. This knowledge helps the business analyst anticipate future requirements and identify areas where IT can deliver more value to the business. This insight is critical in helping the product owner prioritize the current backlog and future roadmaps.
Supporting the business with issues and change management means that the Business Analyst is key to understanding barriers to user adoption and strategies that can be used to increase the value of the solution to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under supervision from their line manager or senior colleagues, perform research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and then translate into User stories. Help business users define and document acceptance criteria. Help the team with the Analysis, facilitation, modeling, and organizing information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs. Support senior colleagues as a technical liaison to business product owners and to the IT Development Teams: Requirements gathering (user stories). Coordinating and Facilitating User testing.
- Co-ordinate issue management for end-user problems and ensure a consistent high-level responsiveness and customer care. Documenting steps required to resolve an issue.
- Observe and gain an understanding of business needs, learning the key capabilities that the product line supports. Observe and gain an understanding product line goals, objectives and road map.
- Assist with the co-ordination of business Change Management activities. Support with Vendor management activities, raising purchase requisitions, reporting and other related activities.
- Help identify inconsistencies and problems and bring them to the attention of management via sprint retrospectives and suggest problem resolution and business process improvements. Support the scrum process by completing tasks as needed to support the completion of stories.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree within a technical subject such as Computer Science or significant level of experience in business analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in business and/or systems analysis in the Sales Technology space.
- Salesforce experience, highly preferred.
- Experience with agile and reporting / analytics required.
- Operating in an Agile software development environment with tools such as Jira. Azure DevOps experience, preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills needed to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
