We are looking to hire a Customer Order Solutions Analyst II in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Interlomas, Edo. Mex.. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:
The Customer Order Solutions Analyst II is responsible for end-to-end order management and advanced customer portfolio management, ensuring high service levels, operational excellence, and proactive issue resolution.
This role manages more complex customer accounts (strategic, high-volume, export, or multi-channel customers), leads cross-functional coordination efforts, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The Analyst II serves as a key point of contact between Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Customers, utilizing analytical tools and data-driven insights to anticipate risks, mitigate service disruptions, and optimize order-to-cash performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order cycle for assigned strategic or complex accounts (domestic, export, intercompany). Includes PO validation, order entry, allocation monitoring, delivery follow-up, billing coordination, and issue resolution.
- Proactively manage stock agreements, replenishment models, forecast alignment, and make-to-order coordination with Supply Planning and Manufacturing.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to resolve service risks (shortages, backorders, quality holds, credit blocks, logistics constraints) ensuring minimal customer impact.
- Perform advanced service level analysis (OTIF, case fill rate, backorder aging, claims trends). Develop action plans and present findings in internal and customer meetings.
- Support and influence continuous improvement initiatives in Order-to-Cash processes, automation, reporting enhancements, and SOP standardization.
- Act as escalation point for complex customer claims, disputes, and service incidents; ensure root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer business reviews and service performance meetings.
- Support onboarding of new customers, new product launches, or portfolio transitions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Customer Service Analyst I team members.
- Ensure master data accuracy and follow up through workflow approvals.
- Support audit documentation and compliance requirements (commercial agreements, pricing validation, consignment controls).
- Act as back-up for senior portfolio coverage during absences.
- Participate in system testing (SAP enhancements, process improvements, automation tools).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Order Management, or Supply Chain.
- Experience managing strategic or high-complexity accounts.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (SD required; MM desirable).
- Experience with export processes and documentation (desirable).
- Advanced Excel.
- Advanced or Fluent English (spoken and written).
