We are looking to hire a Finance Manager in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Mexico City. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for the financial administration of prices and costs, plant controlling, financial planning for business insights and the financial evaluation for investment and improvement projects for all the business units in Latin America through the effective management of work teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the activities of month, quarter and annual closing of costs and prices, financial planning, plant control, improvement projects for Latin American business units.
- Support in price negotiations for all customers in Latin America.
- Review and supervision of the processes of forecast, budget and long-term economic plans.
- Validation and support of improvement projects.
- Review and authorization of capital asset action plans.
- Support and review of investment projects.
- Review and authorization of impacts on sales prices and impacts on purchases prices through PowerApps workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or similar careers.
- Masters degree in Finance, desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance (FP&A, Forecasting and Business Partnering).
- 5+ years of demonstrated people management and supervision experience.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organization skills required.
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to exchange complicated or sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and financial analysis.
- SAP/Oracle experience, desirable.
- Power BI experience, desirable.
- Advanced/fluent English (spoken & written).
