We are looking to hire a HR Systems OM Data Analyst immediately in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity at our site in Mexico City, Mexico.

This position is responsible for the execution of day-to-day organizational management (OM), including the processing of manage pending hires, set up of new foundational objects in SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) & SAP HCM OM, proactive monitoring of OM data fields to ensure proper data governance & take corrective action necessary to resolve OM related issues within and between SFEC & SAP HCM.   This role will have input to the establishment of data standards, process improvements, global data accuracy and quality, data replication and data monitoring. As a part of the HR Systems Operations Team, serves as a subject matter expert of SFEC & SAP HCM OM data management & replication OM content type failures between the two systems.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Owns “Manage Pending Hire” process for all MPS supported locations in LATAM & APAC regions.  Works as a liaison between Talent Acquisition Recruiters & Location HR to ensure proper & timely set up of new hires, rehires, promotions & transfers.
  • Creates new foundational objects upon request & based on larger organizational changes.  This includes (1) creation of positions & position attributes (MIB, Cost Center, Job, Department), (2) creation of departments & org unit attributes (supervisor, hierarchy), & (3) monitoring of jobs & validation of job attributes (title, grade, function, EEOC job category, job group).
  • Monitors OM content type replication failures daily.  Makes corrections as necessary to resolve errors for successful replication.  Provides detailed analysis of OM related replication failures, identifies root cause and makes recommendations to improve processes to prevent recurrences.
  • Works with HR Data Scientists to develop & validate automated routine reports for OM data monitoring to proactively identify OM related errors/discrepancies & leads the process of data corrections.
  • Manages initial access set up for position changes.  Proactively works with IT to ensure minimal disruption to existing access as employees transition to new roles within the organization.
  • Works with Location HR to manage retroactive OM updates to ensure changes will not create downstream issues to data management processes, existing integrations and/or payroll/finance related processes. 
  • Assists with special projects including configuration testing, integrations & data mapping, & adhoc report requests.
  • Provides assistance & OM related direction to non-MPS supported locations & coordinates global data OM maintenance as necessary.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance or HR.  Related system experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in HRIS data management in a multinational company with experience of high-volume data processing for multiple countries.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of automation processes preformed with HRIS system including basic understanding of robotics functionality
  • Knowledge of OM related data management processes and data replication
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (primarily English and Spanish)
